Harmony Day

Harmony Day is one of our flagship events for the Student Engagement team at QUT, celebrating cultural diversity and inclusivity. As the entertainment coordinator, I curated a program that embodied these values through engaging performances and activities. We enlisted student performers from various cultural clubs, who shared their heritage through vibrant dance performances. To further immerse the audience, we hosted a salsa workshop led by Brisbane's iconic Rio Rhythmics dance company and had an expert drummer facilitate an interactive drum circle. These elements came together to create a lively, inclusive atmosphere that brought the community together in celebration.
