Smol Fish

From 2020 to 2023, I managed Perth-based indie band Smol Fish, guiding them through the release of four singles—Cry All the Time, Sad Girl Summer, Like a Lemon, and This Is Not a Love Song—as well as their debut EP, sookly la la. As their manager, I was responsible for writing press releases, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and coordinating the distribution of their music across multiple platforms.

In addition to handling bookings and organising successful single and EP launches, I managed contractual negotiations when their track Sad Girl Summer was selected for the soundtrack of the Australian indie comedy Evicted: A Modern Romance. I also assisted with grant writing, which led to securing funding that enabled the band to embark on a national tour.
